Q: Are your items new
A: Yes, all of our item are new unless stated differently in the item description.
Q: When can I expect my item to arrive
A: We generally dispatch the item one business day of the payment clearing. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment and another as soon as it ships. Most of our items take between 2-7 working days depending on  Auspost or couriers’ speed, to arrive to all of Australia excluding remote areas in WA etc.
Q: Do you post International
A: Yes, most of our items are open to overseas shipping if they are not, please contact us   with the country details and the item number you are interested in and we will send you a quote.
